The struggle for space in kaduna polytechnic school bus lately has become survival of those who are fit, this is as a result of the increasingly large number of students who make use of the school bus to come to school or go back to there respective destinations after school hours.
Students struggling to secure a space inside the school bus
On Tuesday speaking with some of the students at the school bus stop, a pregnant woman named Amara lamentes on how difficult it has always been for her to drag for space as students push each other while rushing into the school bus and how she had almost sustained an injury few days ago as a result of the struggle.
Some students properties is usually damaged on the process, as a female student identified as Miss Joy from the department of Mass communication laments on how her phone and watch were destroyed and trembled upon while she tries squeezing her way into the bus.
Some other students also laments on how they loss their things at the process of the struggle, some loss their earnings, necklaces,sunglasses and other precious items.
Speaking with the president of the student union government (SUG) yesterday on this issue, he said the issue has become a major concern and they are trying their best to device a means through which the large number of students could be controlled in order not to cause damages and injuries to themselves, and he has also said that in no time the issue will be resolved and there will be orderliness once again.
